Got fun boxes?
Well, if you are the sort of person who saves boxes because you think they look really cool... then you could make them into journals. I made this batch of books for a friend who has a tendancy to accumulate and save boxes. Definitely some fun things going on here. You followin' me camera guy?

These are brilliant and so neat.
Back again, just had a closer look as I love how you have done the spine and the pages in the Dora book are a perfect match...great work.
Really great books! How do you reinforce the cardboard? I imagine their pretty flimsy by themselves.

Elspeth, it depends on the box. Some of these are actually corrugated cardboard so no reinforcing is needed. When I have boxes made with the thinner cardboard, I try to make the books small and I always have a double thickness of cardboard on the spine. Sometimes I'll add a layer on the inside covers as well if the cardboard is really light.
